How to Request Account Deletion

In the app: go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or submit your request directly below.
What Is Permanently Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your MyEventFlow account and everything you created in it, including:
- Your account profile, login credentials, and preferences
- All events, timelines, tasks, and checklists you created
- All guest lists, RSVP responses, and dietary notes
- All budgets, expense items, vendor records, and shopping lists
- Collaborator memberships and connected Google Calendar sync tokens
What May Be Kept for Legal Reasons
Certain limited records may be retained only where required by law or legitimate business compliance:
- Billing, subscription, and payment transaction records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations
- Records of your deletion request itself to document compliance
- De-identified or aggregated security logs that no longer identify you personally
Deletion Timeline
We process verified requests and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days, and we will confirm completion by email.
